Can provide cutlery and small fridge for light snacks and refreshments as well as linen and towels.
The studio is separate but located in the same building as the owner. There is a lock on the door for privacy.

The owners office is opposite the studio - the owner runs her health coaching business from home.
The studio is conveniently located above a cafe.
The location is excellent in terms of hopping around on public transport, there is a bus stop right outside the door!
Is a flat walk/ride into Manly town centre/beachfront.
We have a 5 month cavoodle puppy.
I have 2 children aged 10/7
We would prefer a mature female student who can prepare meals and get around independently.
