Our home is located in quiet residential area in Glenfield surrounded by newly built homes , Only 10 minutes walk to Glenfield Station/Town Centre.
Express Train to city=40mins
Easy commute to local high schools and TAFE and Universities.

Large Open Plan Modern Double Storey House with 5 Bedrooms and 3 Bathrooms and 4 toilets.
Address: 6 Guardian Crescent , Glenfield NSW 2167 is a House and 2 parking spaces. It is on a block of land that is 457 square (7yrs old) home.

We have 2 rooms available for potential students.
We are a married couple with 2 Boys attending tertiary studies so we welcome all students up to 2 people max.

Household Occupations:
I'm currently working as an Accountant and my wife is an Admin Officer.
2 Boys are students

Interest/hobbies:
We love outdoors activities such as gardening, walking, BBQ, picnicking, long scenic drives.
