$100 to pickup from the airport. There are 2 size rooms available, single room at $350 a week with a $700 deposit and double room at $450 a week with a $900 deposit. There is also a pool available for use. The bathroom for use is for these rooms only as you have your own floor upstairs. WIFI is included in the price of the room. The rooms have a bed, desk, chair, lamp in singe room and have an added 2 seater lounge in the double room. Foxtel is also installed in the double rooms. There are decks out the back and a yard and a bali hut out the front. Laundry facilities are available and linen is also included on the beds. We have 2 cats and a dog which are all very friendly. Smoking is only permitted outside and ashtrays will be left out in a designated area. We are looking for female students only. We are 4 min drive to Newport beach and bus stops are located in the next street.
