Hi I have a private studio with a double bed, fridge , kitchen utilities, own bathroom , cabinets for clothing , hanging space for clothes. Air conditioning and heating .Timber flooring . Cosy cute little studio room with water and electricity paid . LCD Tv. Always happy to help with your needs. The studio room has a seperate entry from our house so you can come and go as you please . Full privacy .Set in a peaceful backyard and quiet neighborhood . We are a happy family and are never in anyone's way . Buss are a short stroll into the city around 35-40 min max away
