Homestay in Cromer for $160 per week

Homestay for female, with Australian family.

I work from home so this would suit someone who is mostly, out working or studying, between 9am and 3pm.

Rent is for a bedroom in family home at Cromer. We have 2 little dogs who live inside.

Lovely bright clean dry room, double bed, double wardrobe, desk, lamp, shelves.

Internet data, water and electricity, dishwashing liquid and toilet paper all included.

2 weeks bond required.

Rent paid weekly in advance.

It is a 6 min walk to the bus stop. The bus can take you directly to the city (40 mins (express) or 60 mins), or drop you off at:

a) Dee Why (15 mins trip), where you could shop or walk to beaches and beachside eateries, or

b) Warringah Mall, a massive undercover shopping centre.

Manly can be reached via 2 buses and takes 50 minutes.
