Homestay in Eastwood

FEMALES ONLY - Lovely villa in the heart of Eastwood on direct route to the city via either bus or train. Just a 10 min walk to the station and only 2 mins to restaurants, nightlife, banks, chemist, supermarket etc. Accommodation available in one of 3 different room styles: one with single bed, one with a double bed and one with 2 single beds which can be shared by 2 girls in which case the individual weekly rate is reduced to $300 each. Heating & Cooling provided in each room and all come with shared bathrooms. The double bedded room has a separate entrance off garden courtyard plus mini fridge, tea & coffee making facilities, widescreen TV and WiFi so it’s $400 per week. Shared use of fully equipped laundry & clothes lines in the sun. Healthy breakfast & delicious two course evening meal provided each day. Our pets are 2 laying hens named Gertrude & Myrtle who obviously live outside in our yard and provide us with delicious fresh eggs everyday :)
