Mum is an ex chef and fitness trainer who also runs a fruit and veg co op, so meals are fresh and healthy. We have had students homestay with us for over 15 years now and very much enjoy welcoming them into our home. Express bus at door to city and UTS and Sydney UNI. Shops and cafes and parks. Safe family populated area. We offer a private room with large desk, single bed, small fridge and All tariffs include breakfast and dinner 6 nights. (Please note $500 is breakfast and dinner only) All rooms are freshly painted, light, clean and warm in winter. There is one full bathroom with seperate bath and shower and toilet. Nice sunny back and front garden, BBQ area and of course The friendliest small dogs in the world!. We live close to a beautiful 7km bay walk. 1 minute walk to bus to city. :) MANY restaurants, super market.
