There is a large furnished room with private bathroom in a granny flat currently furnished with a wardrobe, a double-sized bed for one tenant and a study desk currently available for rent.
The bills include electricity, gas and water bills as well as unlimited Wi-fi (Telstra NBN). However, the use of your own air-conditioner or heater will incur an additional $20 per week in order to cover the additional costs.

- 10 minute walk to West Ryde Station and the West Ryde Marketplace which has Woolworths, Coles, medical centres, post-office, gyms and cafes.
- 15 minute walk to Ryde/Meadowbank TAFE
- 8 minute bus ride to Top Ryde Shopping Centre (or a 15 minute walk)
- The travel time to Macquarie University or Macquarie Shopping Centre is as follows:
* Option 1: A 16-minute car drive to Macquarie University or
* Option 2: A 10-minute walk to West Ryde station, 7-minute train ride, 4-minute Metro train ride to Macquarie University.
* Option 3: A 9-minute walk to the bus stop, 23-minute bus ride, 3-minute walk to Macquarie University.
* Central Station/Town Hall (CBD): 30 minute train/bus ride
