Homestay in West Ryde

We are looking for a student or someone working full-time to rent this double-bedroom.

The room is:
- Fully furnished with a bed, study desk, chair and built-in wardrobe.

- $250 per week rent with 4 weeks bond
The rent covers the bills for electricity, gas, water and unlimited Wi-fi (iiNet NBN), however, the use of your own air-conditioner or heater will incur an additional $20 per week in order to cover the additional costs.

• Location:
- 10 minute walk to West Ryde Station and the West Ryde Marketplace which has Woolworths, Coles, medical centres, post-office, gyms and cafes.
- 15 minute walk to Ryde/Meadowbank TAFE
- 8 minute bus ride to Top Ryde Shopping Centre (or a 15 minute walk)
- The travel time to Macquarie University or Macquarie Shopping Centre is as follows:
* Option 1: A 16-minute car drive to Macquarie University or
* Option 2: A 10-minute walk to West Ryde station, 7-minute train ride, 4-minute Metro train ride to Macquarie University.
* Option 3: A 9-minute walk to the bus stop, 23-minute bus ride, 3-minute walk to Macquarie University.
* Central Station/Town Hall (CBD): 30 minute train/bus ride
* Parramatta Station: 30 minute bus ride

• Minimum stay: 3 months

• The house is furnished with:
