My mother and I (son - 24 years old) live in a large family home with many indoor and outdoor spaces to relax. We are located 20 minutes to the city via bus and approximately 15 minutes by car to the beach. The bus stop is only a 2 minute walk with multiple buses to the city and surround shopping destinations. We have a swimming pool and are located just 5 minutes from the national park where beautiful scenic walks/runs can be done. Over the last years, we have hosted international students of ALL ages, including under 18yo students wanting to attend local High Schools - an achieving academic school is only 15 mins walk from home.
