Walking distance to the busy night time eateries of Canley Heights . You could choose any room of the 3 or joining with your friends for 2 or 3 rooms

All rooms are private with door lock and fully furnished with bed and linen, TV hanger ready to use, Ceiling fan to cool you off during hot days of the year, bed size table and big size build in wardrobe.

In addition, the master Bedroom has private bath room and toilet, dressing table, and air conditioner

Second bedroom has study desk

The rent you pay cover free wifi, electricity and all other house cleaning and maintenance suppliers.

We share the common good size kitchen and dinning room There are also big lounge room, balcony and good size back yard to relax in a friendly atmosphere with other if you wish to.
