We are professional couple , have available room for immediately rent in a brand new home , have available a room with air conditioning/heater and built-in wardrobe for rent.

There is also access to private bathroom with seperate shower and bathtub.

Price for each room is $300 per week, this include gas, electricity, water , laundry and internet wifi.
