Our five bedroom house is located on a quiet and safe tree-lined street of

Ashfield. We are 15 minutes train from the heart of Sydney cool --city centre

and Newtown, which boasts the best strip of restaurants, cafés, arts venues,

funky clothing outlets in Sydney. We are very close to beautiful Sydney Parks

and a very pleasant five-minute walk to the lovely Summer Hill Village café

precinct. Our location is one of the most sought-after in Australia. It is an

easy 20-30 minute drive to Sydney’s world famous beaches, Bondi, Coogee and

Bronte. We are very close to public transport -- Sydney Opera House and Sydney

Harbour Bridge. Buses to the city and to the beach are also only moments walk away.

Our federation/Edwardian -2 storey house has been recently updated,

furnishings, bathrooms and beautiful timber floorboards. There is a spacious

open-plan living area (dining room, kitchen and lounge-room) downstairs,

5 bedrooms, 2 new bathroom 3 toilets.

We have a lovely backyard with lawn and a BBQ. All facilities, such as the

washing machine, dryer, air conditioning, plasma TV and dishwasher are brand

new. No pets and no smoking thank you.

15 minutes distance to University of Sydney (20 mins) and University of Technology, Sydney (15

mins bus ride). The bus stop and train station is moments away.

There are 2 international students currently living in the our home, we welcome all nationalities, we are carefree, clean, respectful and quite.
