About this homestay
We have a house at the front. Two big bedrooms, bathroom, living room and kitchen. These are all seperate from the owner. The owner will be living in the granny flat. The whole house is private for the tenant only. Only the laundry is shared with the owner. The house is your own paradise.
We live near Roseland and Bankstown shopping centre, the bus stop in front the house and Train station in Punchbowl (which takes 5mins). Price for each room is $300 per week, this include gas, electricity, water and internet wifi. We provide refrigerator, cookware, microwave ... for you. If you wish to bring your own, that will be fine.
We invited all tenant that are oversea students, couples, single. But we don't cover unemployed tenant or tenant connected to Centrelink. Please, Thank you.
