My house:
It is a large townhouse with three levels, a formal living room with adjoining dining room and four bathrooms (one ensuite). It is located in a very quiet part Oatlands. There is a double lock up garage with a storage area. All areas of the house were recently renovated. There is also a tennis court and swimming pool in the complex.
Bedroom:
There are two bedrooms on the second floor with a shared bathroom. There are two bedrooms on the third floor with one being an ensuite. Each bedroom has a large window with their own air-conditioner.
A little about my family and I:
I am a doctor and live with my family near Macquarie (a short drive if you require help).
Surrounding area:
The surrounding area is extremely quiet.
The house is a couple minutes walk away from Burnside Public School/Redeemer Public/High School and Tara Girls. It is also a short drive to Kings School (5 minute drive).
There is a bus stop (8 minute walk) that goes to Parramatta Centre or Macquarie Centre/Macquarie University.
Rent is per bedroom and includes water, electricity, gas and internet. Rent $300 if en suite (large private bathroom and build in wardrobe). Price negotiable if multiple rooms.
