I have a great 2 bedroom apartment in Maroubra, nice bathroom (shared) with separate bath, internal Laundry, lounge room/dining area and kitchen. The apartment has a balcony with great views.

The room has a double bed, tv (not cable), built in robe, desk, lamp and chair. All linen and towels can be supplied.

Cost is ($320) per week and does not include meals. Happy for guests to use kitchen and utensils etc.

The apartment is a 5 minute walk to Maroubra Junction. Transport to the city takes about 25 minutes. Railway Square or Bondi Junction is no more than 30 minutes. Many buses to UNSW that take about 10 minutes or less. Buses to Sydney Uni about 30/40 minutes.
