Hey! My name is Philipp, I’m 29 years old and originally from Germany. I moved to Sydney in March for a position as a Visiting Scholar at the University of Technology Sydney (UTS). Since my lease expires I have to finde a new place to stay until the end of this year.
During my Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees, I lived in several shared apartments, so I’m very familiar with flat-sharing and enjoy living with other people. I’m easy-going, respectful and tidy, and I appreciate a good balance between socialising with flatmates and having our own space.
