I am looking for 2 rooms with ensuite bathrooms in Sydney from 20th October 2023 till 10th February 2024 for 2 post graduate female students. Their University is on Carter Street, Lidcombe, Sydney, NSW 2141.
So, will prefer something walkable to this place or within a short commute by public transport.
Need 2 quiet rooms with study tables. With access to kitchen, as they are both strict vegetarians and need to cook.
Budget will be up to AUD 350 per week per room including all utilities. 16 weeks agreement.
